Dental Exams
The point of the dental exam is to make sure your teeth and mouth are as healthy as they can be. We’ll check to see if there are any problems developing, so we can treat them in their early stages. Exams are generally graded on the curve, and you don’t need to study for them.
Cleanings
At Focus Dentistry, teeth cleanings are performed by our professional and friendly registered dental hygienists. (Click here to see photos of these fine people and read a little about them.) During the teeth cleaning, our hygienists will remove built-up plaque and tartar, and then remove stains with a polishing. The cleanings conclude with an exam from the dentist and, when appropriate, a hearty pat on the back.
